Fall Classes - Payment Options
We are serious about operating under a no-pressure system. We want everyone to feel like coming to class is possible and not a burden. So, we're implementing a few things to make it easier on you. Please read through the entire page before deciding on classes with us:
Payment Option 1

Pay your $25 registration fee online now

Pay the complete tuition for your season's classes at one time, in-studio via check or money order
Perks:

Complete your tuition payment at one time and do not worry about it again all season.

Pay in-studio at the beginning of your first class and receive an extra $15 off the tuition total.
Payment Option 2

Pay your $25 registration fee online

Pay the tuition for your classes on a weekly basis by using a credit card form. Your credit card will be charged on the Monday of each week.
Perks:

You do not have to worry about coming into the studio every week to make a payment. We will automatically charge your card, as per your signature and agreement on the credit card form provided in-studio.
Payment Option 3

Pay your $25 registration fee online now

Pay the tuition for your classes in two installments. Pay half on your class start date and half on November 10th 2014.
Perks:

Split your payments into two for convenience. You will complete a credit card authorization form for these two payments and they will be taken out on Oct 19 2014 and Nov 10 2014 respectively.
** If you register for more than one class, you will receive a discount off of your total amount **
One studio/online class: $40/hour class = 8 weeks/hours = $320
Two studio/online classes: 3% off of your season total tuition
Three studio/online classes: 5% off of your season total tuition
Four studio/online classes: 8% off of your season total tuition
Five studio/online classes: 10% off of your season total tuition
NOTE: should you choose to no longer attend classes at Be Victorious, you must submit a mailed, certified letter to us stating your wish to no longer proceed with classes. Please note for BV pageant coaching girls this means that you are cancelling your coaching with BV as well, as classes are required of BV girls.
Refunding procedures:
- Should you choose to cancel your classes before classes start, you will be refunded all payments made minus your $25.00 registration fee. If you did not make any payments for classes, nothing will be refunded.
- Should you choose to cancel your classes after your 1st class, you will be refunded the fee of the one class. If you have paid your tuition in full, you will receive all funds back minus the registration fee and first class.
- Should you choose to cancel your classes after the 2nd class, you will be refunded your registration fee only and all payments made will remain with Be Victorious.
